RECONDITIONED BRASS
RangeSpec offers two options in reloading brass: New Brass and Reconditioned Brass. Reconditioned brass, which can be described as brass that has been previously fired and subsequently remanufactured into ‘like new’ condition, makes a good option to most reloaders. The obvious advantage is a much lower cost.
Under normal operating conditions, brass cartridges have a lifespan greater than a single shot. Unfortunately for the reloader, returning the cartridge back to pre-fired condition takes multiple steps and highly specialized equipment that may not be available to most reloading hobbyists.
That’s where RangeSpec comes in. Our comprehensive reconditioning process ensures our products are fully restored and ready to load…at a much cheaper price than new brass. Different calibers have different reconditioning needs. RangeSpec takes out the guesswork by performing every step needed to restore to within its original SAAMI specifications for optimal, like-new performance.
